
Chef Nelly Robinson brought a touch of fairy-tale magic to The Morning Show kitchen, showcasing one of the playful creations from his new Disney-inspired degustation menu at Sydney’s NEL Restaurant.
The acclaimed chef, known for his theatrical approach to fine dining, demonstrated how to make his “Porkie Pies”, a dish inspired by Pinocchio that is designed to resemble the character’s famous long nose.
The creation forms part of NEL’s latest 12-course experience, Once Upon a Time: Chapter 6.
The menu takes diners on a nostalgic journey through classic Disney stories, with inventive dishes inspired by characters and moments from beloved fairy tales.

Robinson said the goal was to create “a moment of joy and wonderment in every dish” while transporting guests back to their childhoods.
